Sloppy, I have several new dents on my roof, outside drive and passenger window panels, and on my outside dash area of my windshield wiper dash panel. Person who installed windshield tried to make a lame excuse that " Sometimes accident's happen." Like I was ignorant and gullible. He also left alot of trash from the interior insulation panels inside the front floors and dash of my car. I did not even get a receipt for their shawty service. I would not ever recommend this business to anyone who needs a windshield replaced Unprofessional and unacceptable!

After calling several other glass repair shops that could either not get parts or schedule me 3 weeks plus in advance, I called Quality and spoke to Zak. He assured me he could get the part and do the repair in the next 24 hours. He called the next day, came earlier than expected, and completed the repair in short order. I recommend Quality Auto Glass..........

I was driving my brand new Mazda CX-5 down I-5 when a car kicked up a big rock which did extensive damage to my windshield. I was working in the area but am from out of state, so I did a quick Google search to find a repair shop. Quality Auto Glass had outstanding reviews so I called them. Zach took down the pertinent details and said he’d check on the availability of the windshield and call me right back. It was a new model, special windshield with a bunch of high tech options, so I was concerned I might be a special order that would take a long time to get. However Zach called right back and confirmed he’d have the glass in two days. We made a plan to meet once he picked it up. Met in a parking lot in Tracy where he quickly and professionally completed the job. I highly recommend this business fir auto glass repair.

I've had a growing crack on my windshield that's been spreading due to the cold. I contacted these guys and got a quote that was a little over 30% lower than the other 3 local shops I contacted. More importantly, he was able to come out to my home the next morning and got it installed in under an hour. I couldn't recommend them higher.
